Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Transit times vary based on shipping service selected. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your product ships, and that'll give you your ETA!

Flying Bacon won't be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit because of, but not limited to: errors made by the shipping company, errors made by the customer, confiscation by customs, etc. All international orders will be placed at the risk of the consumer due to lack of control over the package once it leaves US customs. For shipping insurance, please contact us before ordering.

Free shipping offers only apply to the United States when applicable, because it turns out shipping things around the world is, like, super-expensive.

Returns

Hey, sometimes you want to return stuff, we get it! (We also don't think you'll want to return our stuff, because it's awesome, so we can afford to have a pretty liberal returns policy.) We'll take all returns within 30 days for US orders, and since we know mail takes a little longer to get to Zimbabwe, we allow returns up to 60 days on international orders. Just find your order on your Account Page, and click that little "Return Items?" link. The rest is pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any questions, contact us! Once you submit a return request, we'll contact you with further instructions, but basically it boils down to just mailing the thing back to us.

If the return isn't for something we screwed up, we'll refund you the original price of the products, but we're not giving you back the money is cost us to ship it to you, if we didn't do something wrong. Fair? We'll process a refund within one or two business days of us receiving the product back.

Now, if we screwed something up, that's a totally different story. We're not going to refund something just because the color isn't quite the same - we don't control your monitor; trust me, we'd love that - but if we sent you the wrong thing, that's totally on us, and we'll make it right. Just go through the same return process above, but we'll give you the option of a full refund, or just getting you the product you ordered, at our expense. It's literally never happened, though, so don't worry too much about that.
